I was the first photographer in the central valley to embrace aerial photography with the use of quad copters. Flying my first quad with a GoPro camera in 2012. Then in 2013 I had started applying this tech to shooting homes using high quality camera equipment. To the right is one of the first homes that I photographed from the air for a real estate agent back in 2013. This was shot with a Sony RX100 camera. You can see two of the hand made aircraft I used below. Something that has always set me apart from the competition is I have never charged extra for aerial work. Aerial has always been included with my photo pricing, whereas other photographers charge additional for aerial.
